Shelley Scherer, Ph.D. Associate Executive Director shelley@pittsburghpromise.org Shelley graduated from Carleton College with a degree in economics and a concentration in science, technology, and public policy. She earned her Master of Public Administration and Ph.D. at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. Before returning to graduate school, she worked in the private sector as a management consultant, helping Fortune 500 employers design and implement complex organizational change and human resources initiatives.
