Soraya Bey Scholarship Manager soraya@pittsburghpromise.org Soraya is a proud alumna of the historic Schenley High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Edinboro University. Building on her experience supporting students through their postsecondary journeys, Soraya now serves as Scholarship Manager, where she oversees the administration of the organization’s scholarship program. Combining her background in business, nonprofit operations, and program management, she partners with students, families, colleges and universities, and internal stakeholders to ensure scholarship payments are processed accurately and efficiently. She is dedicated to creating seamless processes that support student persistence and success in higher education.
